To honor this complexity, I integrate a variety of psychotherapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, the Satir Model, Mindfulness, and insights from Neuropsychology. This integrative framework allows me to deeply understand your experiences and challenges, crafting a personalized, client-centered therapy that meets your unique needs.
